As a Senior Executive in the Quality Audit team at Info Edge India Ltd, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our services and products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of our processes, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing quality improvement initiatives across various departments. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regular audits of operational processes to assess compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Analyze data from quality audits to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans for quality improvement.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in quality management and audit processes.
  • Assist in developing training programs for staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and manuals.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline).
  • Proven experience in quality auditing or quality assurance roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools for auditing processes.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings concisely.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
