Role Summary

We are hiring motivated internal audit professionals to support and lead internal audits, ICFR reviews, and process assessments across our clients. The role requires ability to work independently or lead small teams.

Experience:
6 months – 5 years (or during Articleship)

Location:
Noida (Office-based) – Travelling required

Department:

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute internal audits, support in ICFR designing and testing, and process reviews as per the audit plan.
  • Conduct walkthroughs, prepare process notes, and identify control gaps.
  • Review and guide junior team members
  • Coordinate with client teams for data, clarifications, and meetings.
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments and maintain audit quality.
  • Willingness to travel for audits.
  • Professional, disciplined, and team-oriented working style.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Good report-writing skills
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office and basic ERP knowledge

Qualification

  • CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA-Finance / CIA/ B. Com with relevant audit experience.
  • Candidates from consulting/ CA firm/ internal audit backgrounds preferred.
