Position: Quality Engineer

Industry: Sheet Metal (Electrical Panel, Server Rack, Control Panel Manufacturing)

Location: Plot No. 30, Ecotech 12 Greater Noida 203207, Near Ek Murti Goal Chakkar

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant sheet metal manufacturing industry

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance and Control:

Implement and maintain quality standards in the production of sheet metal products like electrical panels, server racks, and control panels.

Conduct in-process inspections and final quality checks to ensure product compliance.

  1. Document Management:

Manage and maintain documents related to PPEP (Process Planning and Execution Plan), ISO 9001 compliance, and other relevant quality standards.

Prepare reports and maintain records for internal and customer audits.

  1. Audit Management:

Conduct and participate in Internal Audits and support during Customer Audits.

Ensure all non-conformities are addressed through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  1. Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement using tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why Analysis, and Fishbone Diagram.

  1. Training and Compliance:

Provide training to production teams on quality standards and procedures.

Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.

  1. Customer Coordination:

Address and resolve quality-related customer complaints.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering products of the highest quality.


Key Requirements:

Must have prior experience in a sheet metal manufacturing company involved in electrical panels, server racks, or control panels.

Strong knowledge of PPEP, ISO documentation, and audit processes.

Hands-on experience in conducting internal and customer audits.

Proficiency in quality tools like 7 QC Tools, FMEA, and Control Plans.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and report-writing abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management systems.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams for quality improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
