Core Responsibilities
Build and Mentor Your Team: Recruit, train, and manage a large network of local
insurance advisors (POSPs) and field team leaders within your territory.
Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve challenging sales targets by motivating your team
and ensuring high individual productivity across the network.
Local Market Dominance: Plan and execute local business development and
community engagement activities to establish Bima Saathi as the most trusted brand
in your city/location.
Quality Assurance: Ensure ethical sales practices and maintain high policy renewal
(persistency) rates to secure long-term revenue.
Tech Enablement: Effectively utilize our proprietary mobile applications and digital
platforms to manage, coach, and track your team's daily performance.

Candidate Requirements
Age: Up to 45 years.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Agency Sales, Channel
Development, or Sales Management (Life Insurance experience preferred).
Education: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
Local Knowledge: Mandatory to have resided in the recruitment location for 5 years
or more (Must have deep local network and market understanding).
