About the Role

Hotel Vivek, a leading name in hospitality at Coonoor, is looking for a passionate and target-driven Hotel Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales and revenue growth for our hotel and resort operations.

The role involves developing strong business relationships, expanding corporate and travel partnerships, and driving room and banquet sales through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for rooms, banquets, events, conferences, weddings, and group bookings.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel partners.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand the hotel's client base.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or resort sales (mandatory).
  • Strong industry network in hospitality, travel agencies, and corporate sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve consistent revenue and occupancy growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Coonoor–Ooty hospitality market trends is an advantage.
