About the Role

Hotel Vivek is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead business growth in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in hotel or resort sales, with the ability to drive revenue, establish strong partnerships, and create exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the hospitality industry.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners.
  • Drive revenue growth through group bookings, leisure packages, conferences, and special events.
  • Actively promote hotel facilities for weddings, retreats, and other functions.
  • Foster long-term relationships with new and returning clients to ensure sustained growth.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and front-office teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hotel or resort sales (mandatory).
  • Strong professional network within the hospitality and travel industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Good understanding of the Coonoor/Ooty market and local tourism trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
