We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager – Credit and Debit Card
to lead the development and management of our credit and debit card offerings and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the banking and cards ecosystem, product lifecycle management, and evolving customer and partner needs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product features, ensure seamless service delivery, drive market strategies, and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for credit and debit card offerings.
  2. Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide data-driven inputs into the product roadmap. Develop product features, write comprehensive functional requirements, and manage project implementation to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  3. Track and ensure implementation of regulatory compliances and card network guidelines (e.g., from RBI, VISA, Mastercard, RuPay).
  4. Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodology to build high-quality card products.
  5. Develop and deliver innovative card-based solutions to support business growth.
  6. Work cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to execute integrated go-to-market strategies.
  7. Build and manage strong relationships with issuing and acquiring banks, card networks, fintech partners, and other stakeholders.
  8. Ensure a seamless customer and partner experience through the optimization of both automated and manual processes.
  9. Manage end-to-end integration with card networks, banking partners, and vendors.
  10. Define and evaluate new product ideas by leveraging internal capabilities and third-party solutions.
  11. Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and audit requirements across all card product offerings.
  12. Drive key initiatives to completion, consistently meeting performance indicators and business targets.
  13. Monitor key metrics such as success rates, transaction volumes, and customer satisfaction across card products.
  14. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on competitor offerings and innovations in the card payments space.
  15. Foster strong relationships within the industry and actively engage with card networks on pilots and new feature rollouts.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in the cards or payments domain.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools for market analysis and product performance tracking.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to credit and debit cards.
