Role & responsibilities

  • Vehicle placement from open market via Traffic Managers and Self

  • Case resolution (Accidental, Settlement, etc.)

  • Rate negotiations

  • Vendor onboarding

  • Monitoring, mentoring and disciplining Loading Supervisors

  • Monitoring the due delivery timings with minimal to no damages or shortages

  • Should be able to keep a track of activities from loading till unloading

  • Ensuring indent vs placement targets

  • Client management -queries and escalation management

  • Manage bidding/ RFQs

  • Manage Ad-hoc requirements

  • Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal
