We're looking for an experienced and customer-friendly Restaurant Service Staff to join our team at Mayaahi Boutique Stay, a premium riverside resort. You'll take charge of daily restaurant service while actively serving guests, ensuring every meal is delivered with warmth and care.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with genuine hospitality.
  • Lead the service flow, coordinating closely with the kitchen and your fellow server.
  • Ensure table setup, hygiene, and guest comfort at all times.
  • Train and guide the junior service staff to maintain standards.
  • Handle guest feedback positively and ensure smooth dining experiences.

Who You Are:

  • Prior restaurant or resort service experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Smart, well-presented, and polite with strong guest interaction skills.
  • Active and hands-on — ready to lead by example.
  • Good communication in Malayalam and English.
