Job Summary

Position:
Coordinator Customer Care - US Voice Process

Location:
Bangalore (Work from Office initially)

Openings:
6 (8 resumes required)

Experience:
8 - 12 years total (with min 1 year in International Voice)

Salary:
₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA + Variable (~₹20K/month avg)

Batch Start Date:
20 Oct 2025

Shift:
US Shifts

Mode:
Work from Office (initial 6–8 months)

Transport:
2-way cab provided


Must-Have Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience
  • Excellent communication skills
    (English fluency mandatory)
  • Graduate preferred
    , but undergraduates must have
    6+ months call center experience
  • No gaps
    in education or employment
  • Immediate Joiner
    (Start date: 20th Oct 2025)
  • Willing to work US shifts
    and attend
    in-office classroom training
  • Strong customer service skills
    (not sales/collections)


Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of KPIs and KRAs in call centers
  • Experience handling customer queries related to
    mortgage or loan servicing
  • Strong performance in previous roles (as variable pay is performance-based)


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Handle
    loan-related
    customer inquiries (pre-foreclosure to delinquent accounts)
  • Maintain records in loan servicing system
  • Offer long-term resolutions for delinquency
  • Use autodialer systems to maximize contact ratios
  • Meet daily contact targets
  • Provide caring, accurate, and responsive service per company CARE standards
