Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Care Coordinator at our Bengaluru location. The Solar Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating solar care services, managing cases, providing home care solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The coordinator will handle communication with clients, assess individual needs, and ensure efficient handling of solar care processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Care Coordination and Case Management
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Home Care services
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
