Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our B2C Sales team. The role demands a professional with experience in solar or related industries who can actively engage customers, promote products, and drive revenue growth for our Heat Pumps, Solar Water Heaters, and Solar Rooftop (PV) segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and convert new B2C business opportunities for Heat Pump, Solar Water Heater, and Solar Rooftop systems.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and customized proposals to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the installation, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and project completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the solar market.
- Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and digital campaigns as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, leads, opportunities, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years of B2C sales experience in the solar, renewable energy, or related industry is a must.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Sales Ability: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a consultative and customer-centric approach.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities and a confident, persuasive demeanor.
- Attitude: Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for renewable energy solutions.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site evaluations.
