As a
Business Development Specialist
at
Unikorn Growth Labs
, you'll connect with
founders, entrepreneurs, CXOs, marketing heads, and business leaders
to understand their biggest challenges — and help them scale through digital transformation, creative innovation, and strategic marketing solutions.

You'll act as a
growth consultant
, crafting customized digital solutions across
creative, design, video, social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, CRM & marketing automation, and AI-based scaling.

Your role is to
build relationships, diagnose challenges, and co-create digital growth strategies
that drive

measurable results.


What You'll Do

  • Build meaningful relationships with
    founders, C-suite leaders, and marketing decision-makers.
  • Identify and analyze pain points around
    growth, engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Curate and present
    customized solutions
    spanning creative, content, video, automation, and performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and performance teams to turn insights into growth plans.
  • Manage a healthy weekly
    pipeline of qualified prospects and conversions.
  • Focus on
    consultative selling
    — identifying value and providing clarity, not just closing deals.
  • Maintain data-driven reporting on performance and projections.


You're a Perfect Fit If You…

  • Have
    3+ years of experience
    in digital marketing, growth strategy, or brand scaling.
  • Are fluent in digital — from
    social and content to automation and performance.
  • Are a
    strategic problem solver
    who can think beyond marketing to business outcomes.
  • Have experience connecting with
    decision-makers (CXOs, founders, marketing heads).
  • Are
    number-oriented
    and disciplined about maintaining a consistent pipeline.
