Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
  • Understand customer needs, present solutions, and promote products/services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order execution and customer support.
