About Us
We are a growing IT solutions company specializing in web, mobile app, SaaS, and software development. To strengthen our sales pipeline, we are looking for an experienced Lead Generator who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for IT services using LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Email Campaigns, Cold Outreach, and Networking.
- Research industries and decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a lead database/CRM with accurate records.
- Work closely with the sales and business development team to convert leads into opportunities.
- Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of proven experience in lead generation / inside sales / business development for IT services.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.
- Excellent communication and email writing skills.
- Ability to research, identify, and approach the right prospects.
- Strong organizational and target-driven mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, UAE, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM and email automation tools.
- Understanding of IT technologies and services.
