Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Professional
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and driving product adoption through consultative selling. This role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to achieve business growth targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales leads through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and similar platforms.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline for an efficient Middle & Bottom of the Funnel
- Perform strategic prospecting- Follow ups, personalized communications, proposals, contracts, etc
- Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations Identify potential bottlenecks prior and come up with solutions to mitigate friction Maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
- Work closely with the cross functional teams to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.
- Manage communications for critical deals between upper management and relevant stakeholders
Key Requirements
- 3-5 Years of experience in Inside Sales role.
- Communication: Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales and follow up skills in the B2B space with a proven track record of generating qualified sales leads, securing client meetings, and following up with clients.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with Sales Navigator, Whatsapp Marketing Tools, Hubspot or similar applications.
- Industry Knowledge: (preferred) Have an understanding of the collection industry (however, this is not a constraint)
