Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Junior LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads through LinkedIn, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the sales process. Daily tasks include conducting research, managing communication with prospects, and assisting in lead generation activities to drive business development.
We are looking for a
proactive and detail-oriented candidate
with a sweet voice and pleasing personality
to join our Business Development team as a Management Trainee. This role requires close working & interaction with the CEO and top management, hence English communication has to be top-notch and should be comfortable traveling to meet customers and to go to industry events.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
for lead generation, outreach, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
to identify, research, and connect with potential clients. - Send personalized
connection requests and messages
to prospects. - Follow up diligently with prospects and address inquiries from potential clients.
- Maintain daily outreach and follow-up targets.
- Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and schedule meetings
for the CEO. - Update and manage lead data in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Support the team with market research, business development and database building activities.
- Stay updated on Qualitas Global's products, services, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Skills in identifying and generating New Leads and Lead Generation.
- Strong written communication skills and professional LinkedIn etiquette.
- Proficient in conducting Research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the data services or AI industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months
of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation or business development. - Expert in
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and outreach automation tools. - Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Only candidates with a pleasing personality, sweet voice for outbound calls and the ability to convince potential customers to attend calls would be preferred.
