We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Sales Coordinator - Team Leader
to oversee and drive the performance of our telecalling team within the Developer Lobby. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, ensuring lead generation, driving walk-ins, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective telecalling strategies and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of tele callers to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Train, coach, and monitor telecallers to maintain high-quality calling standards and script adherence.
  • Manage daily operations of the telecalling team including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and reporting.
  • Drive walk-ins to the project site through telecalling and follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain and improve call conversion rates by mentoring the team on better communication and selling skills.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and target achievements.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Managers and Marketing team to ensure alignment of telecalling activities with sales goals.
  • Handle escalations and ensure excellent customer relationship management.
  • Analyse calling data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Take ownership of team targets and ensure collective success.
