Job Purpose:

To provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and assisting in the management of strategic projects.

B. Job Descriptions:

B.1 Financial:

  • Manage and prioritize the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Director.

B.2 Operational:

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, executive meetings, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and speaking engagements.
  • Support the Director in managing key projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and gather data for projects as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation and preparing regular status updates.
  • Provide support in strategic planning and execution of organizational goals.

B.3 People Development:

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication across various teams and departments.
  • Draft, review, and distribute communications on behalf of the Director.

B.4 Customer:

  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

MBA/ Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or a related field
