What You'll Do

  • Brand Strategy & Vision
     – Define and execute brand strategies, style guides, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with our vision, mission, and long-term goals.
  • Campaign Leadership
     – Plan, lead, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Content & Storytelling
     – Craft compelling brand narratives and manage the creation of promotional content and collateral.
  • Market Insight
     – Conduct competitor and trend analysis, identifying opportunities and anticipating future market shifts.
  • Budget Management
     – Oversee budgets for advertising and promotional activities to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Event Management
     – Organize and execute product launches, exhibitions, photoshoots, and brand events.
  • Performance Tracking
     – Measure, analyse, and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration
     – Work cross-functionally with Digital, Business Development, and other teams to deliver consistent, impactful brand communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
     – Advise internal and external partners on brand direction and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
     Minimum 3 years in brand management, brand communications, or related fields (cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or advertising agency experience preferred).
  • Skills:
     Exceptional verbal and written communication, creativity, organizational excellence, and a knack for storytelling.
  • Expertise:
     Strong knowledge of marketing, public relations, and digital communication channels.
  • Mindset:
     Highly motivated, detail-oriented, innovative, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical:
     Ability to conduct market research, interpret results, and apply insights to strategies.
  • Leadership:
     Ability to prioritize, influence stakeholders, and drive brand growth initiatives.
