Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Market Research Analyst who approaches lead generation with precision, structure, and analytical thinking—someone who treats it as a science, not a game of chance.
Your core responsibility is to map target markets across the GCC and India, identify senior decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, Directors), and gather accurate intelligence that empowers our Senior Consultants to close deals. You will be the intelligence backbone of our sales function.
What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)1. Market Mapping & Intelligence
- Use tools such as , Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build verified client lists.
- Research industry trends and identify high-potential customer segments across various sectors.
- Track emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
2. Data Verification (Research Calling)
- Call companies to verify essential information such as current CRM usage, IT decision-makers, and business needs.
- This is purely verification-based calling, not sales pitching.
3. Lead Qualification & Segmentation
- Categorize leads based on industry, size, geography, and expected requirements.
- Prepare structured, high-quality lead sheets to ensure the sales team only engages with strong prospects.
4. Sales Support & Enablement
- Create company profiles, background summaries, and context briefs for Senior Consultants.
- Provide research-driven insights to support outreach and meeting preparation.
5. Appointment Setting
- Once a lead is properly qualified, schedule the initial discovery meeting for the Senior Consultant.
- Act as the connector between verified data and revenue opportunities.
6. Email Intelligence & Automation
- Launch and manage personalized outreach campaigns through tools like
- Optimize templates and sequence performance based on engagement behavior.
7. CRM Hygiene & Reporting
- Ensure accurate CRM data entry and maintain weekly reports on lead flow, market intelligence, and research trends.
- Maintain dashboards and ensure clean information flow across teams.
The Ideal CandidatePersonality
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Persistent and research-driven—someone who prefers uncovering insights over doing sales demos.
Experience
- 1–2 years in Lead Generation, Market Research, Business Intelligence, or Data Analysis.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with , Lusha, Sales Navigator, or email automation tools is a strong advantage.
Communication Skills
- Excellent written English for crafting professional outreach emails.
- Clear and confident spoken communication for verification calls and meeting coordination.
