Business Development Manger

Key responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends
- Should have strong knowledge in Gastro & Hepatology field
- Build and execute business strategies
- Build relationships with clients and identify new opportunities
- Work closely with sales team and other cross functional team to achieve business goals
- Strong communication and analytical thinking
- Provide training and support to field staff to ensure proper product knowledge and effective sales techniques
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales pipelines, client communications, and sales performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and company policies in all business dealings
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Skills and Qualification
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of experience in same industry or having sales skills
- Bachelors Degree in Life science, Pharmacy or related field
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management (added advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
