
Sales Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Leading the sales team.
Mentoring sales managers and representatives, building relationships, and ensuring team alignment with the company's sales goals. - Developing strategic sales plans.
Implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets & acquiring new logos - Forecasting and reporting.
Creating accurate sales forecasts, analyzing sales performance, and presenting sales reports to stakeholders. - Building customer relationships.
Strengthening the customer base by understanding customer needs, addressing challenges, and improving satisfaction. - Collaborating with teams.
Working with marketing, business development, and account management teams to align efforts and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Should have experience of working for Domestic Market
- Should have generated a revenue of 20Million USD
- Should have good relationship with GICs
- In-depth understanding of the GCC markets, including cultural, economic, and regulatory aspects
- Forecast monthly & quarterly sales targets and execute them in a given time frame
- Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations
