The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the sales team.
    Mentoring sales managers and representatives, building relationships, and ensuring team alignment with the company's sales goals.
  • Developing strategic sales plans.
    Implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets & acquiring new logos
  • Forecasting and reporting.
    Creating accurate sales forecasts, analyzing sales performance, and presenting sales reports to stakeholders.
  • Building customer relationships.
    Strengthening the customer base by understanding customer needs, addressing challenges, and improving satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with teams.
    Working with marketing, business development, and account management teams to align efforts and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Should have experience of working for Domestic Market
  • Should have generated a revenue of 20Million USD
  • Should have good relationship with GICs
  • In-depth understanding of the GCC markets, including cultural, economic, and regulatory aspects
  • Forecast monthly & quarterly sales targets and execute them in a given time frame
  • Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations
