Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Proven ability to drive business targets and acquire new customers.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Strategic thinking to penetrate new markets and optimize sales funnel.

2. Domain Knowledge:

  • Understanding of domestic loan products, especially education loans, retail lending, or unsecured loans.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation, underwriting, credit appraisal, and disbursal processes.

3. Channel & Partner Management:

  • Ability to build and manage a strong partner/channel network.
  • Experience in motivating, training, and enabling channel partners to drive volumes.

4. Customer Handling:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers at various levels and resolve issues effectively.

5. Analytical & Reporting Skills:

  • Comfortable working with MIS reports, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Data-driven decision-making with a focus on performance metrics.

6. Regional Understanding:

  • Knowledge of the local market, geography, and customer demographics.
  • Ability to speak the local language is a strong advantage in many regions.

7. Leadership & Team Collaboration:

  • Capable of working with cross-functional teams including operations, credit, and collections.
  • Should possess leadership traits to eventually grow into a regional/zonal role

Job Type: Full-time
