Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Handle end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
Employee Records & Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee information.
HR Operations:
Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Assist with performance appraisal process.
Support in employee grievance handling and resolution.
Compliance & Policy:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Engagement & Communication:
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in internal communication initiatives and feedback collection.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years of experience in HR or a similar role preferred.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
