About Us:
We are a growing digital marketing agency focused on helping small businesses and e-commerce brands build their online presence. We're currently seeking a Remote Office Administrative Assistant who is not only highly organized but also has creative skills in image editing and video editing.
If you have a flair for digital content and the discipline to manage administrative duties in a remote setup, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Image Editing (35%)
- Design and edit visuals for social media, blogs, websites, and ads
- Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma to maintain brand consistency
- Create promotional and product-based creatives
Video Editing (35%)
- Edit short and long-form videos for social media and web use
- Add subtitles, branding, sound effects, transitions using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent
- Optimize videos for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc.)
Administrative Support (30%)
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize internal files
- Handle basic email communications and support project management tasks
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain digital records and assist in workflow tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience in image and video editing
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant or remote support role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media content creation
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, or Asana)
- Basic understanding of SEO or CMS platforms (like WordPress or Shopify)
Other Requirements:
- Responsible, competitive and honest.
- With good communication skills.
- A graduate of any four year course.
- Can work on a fast-paced environment
- Can work less supervision
- Has demonstrated leadership potential in the campus, community or company.
- Has good customer service skills
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly or monthly rate based on experience
- Flexible schedule with performance-based growth opportunities
Work Location:
Fully Remote (Open to applicants globally, with a preference for time zone overlap with AEST or EST)
