Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Assist with tax filings (GST, TDS) and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Maintain office documentation, personnel records, and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting and administration roles, preferably in the EV or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
