**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and interviews, preparing correspondence, and handling phone calls.
- Maintain and organize HR-related files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other HR-related documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the efficient operation of office equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and other communications for the HR department.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for HR staff.
- **HR Support**:

- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary paperwork, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring a smooth integration.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including answering employee inquiries and processing enrollment forms.
- Support the performance management process by assisting with the preparation and tracking of performance evaluations.
- Assist with the coordination of training and development programs.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Provide support in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and analytics.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
- **Blood Bank Specific Support (as required)**:

- Assist with administrative tasks related to volunteer management, if applicable.
- Support the coordination of blood donation drives and events from an administrative perspective.
- Assist with maintaining records related to staff training on blood safety and handling procedures.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or designated supervisor.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in an administrative role, preferably with some exposure to HR functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience with HRIS software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in supporting the mission of the blood bank.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
