We are seeking a
dependable, resourceful, and well-organized HR & Operations Coordinator
to act as the
central management point for all administrative, HR, and operational coordination
across the group.

This position will play a key leadership-support role in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and communication across all business units.

Key Responsibilities

Central Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee
    day-to-day administrative operations
    across all Afaq Group projects and branches.
  • Serve as the
    central coordination point
    for inter-departmental communication, reporting directly to Group Management.
  • Maintain
    office infrastructure, assets, and vendor management
    for all divisions (Medical & Hospitality).
  • Supervise documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping at the group level.
  • Support procurement activities and coordinate with the Accounts Department for vendor payments and expense tracking.

Human Resources Management

  • Oversee and coordinate
    end-to-end HR processes
    across all group entities — recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure
    uniform HR policies and SOP implementation
    across clinics, pharmacies, and hospitality units.
  • Coordinate
    payroll-related data
    with the Accounts team for all branches.
  • Maintain updated
    employee records, compliance reports, and HR documentation
    .
  • Organize
    staff communication, engagement programs, and inter-department updates
    .
  • Support in drafting and enforcing HR policies, circulars, and disciplinary communications under management guidance.

Operations & Coordination

  • Act as the
    link between the Managing Director and individual project teams
    , ensuring execution of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
  • Monitor operational timelines, collect progress updates, and prepare consolidated
    weekly and monthly reports
    for review.
  • Coordinate workflow between
    Hospitality
    and
    Medical Divisions etc
    .
  • Ensure issues are escalated, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold Afaq Group's standards of professionalism and compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Administration, HR, or Office Operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, HR, or a related field
    .
  • Strong
    leadership coordination and multitasking abilities
    with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office / Google Workspace
    tools.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, attendance systems, and basic accounting coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle confidential data with discretion.
