Job Role:-

  • CRO in this role is to make sure to call clients in the United States and explain the services provided by the company and make them a part of our company with filing taxes with us. Make sure to bring documents and sign up on our website with clients in the United States.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Retrieve and gather necessary documents from clients.
  • Organize and assign documents according to the established process flow.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
  • Address customer communication related to taxation for both new and existing customers.
  • Handle customer clarifications and primary escalations.
  • Obtain client confirmation for the accurate and timely filing of their tax returns.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA): Ensure adherence to SLA by responding.
