Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process (US/UK).
  • Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken) for effective interaction with customers.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
