Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive (US Process, IT) located in Mohali.. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients through outbound lead generation, conducting market research, and driving business opportunities. The role also involves maintaining strong client communication, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives. The candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in the US market.
Qualifications
- Excellent Analytical Skills and expertise in Business Process Improvement.
- Strong Communication skills with fluency in both verbal and written English.
- Proficient in Customer Service practices to foster client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to design and conduct effective Training programs for business development.
- Basic understanding of IT services and business domains is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales, IT services, or a similar field is highly valuable.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled in working effectively within a team.
