We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Partner Operations Executive

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher who is eager to build a career in
adtech operations

and contribute directly to publisher revenue growth. You will work closely with our partner operations and product teams, gaining hands-on experience in ad operations, data analysis, and publisher monetization strategies. 

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Support:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of publisher partnerships, ensuring smooth execution.
- Data & Analysis:

Dive into data to monitor performance, generate insights, and highlight optimization opportunities.
- Product Adoption:

Learn about new product/feature launches and help drive adoption among partners.
- Problem Solving:

Support troubleshooting of partner issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Reporting:

Prepare and maintain performance reports for internal teams and partners.
- Collaboration:

Work closely with product, tech, and business teams to streamline processes.
- Learning & Growth:

Stay curious about industry trends, tools, and best practices in adtech.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (any field, preferably with exposure to business, analytics)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with comfort in handling data.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eagerness to work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving growth
