About the Role:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations of the travel company, ensuring smooth execution of client bookings, vendor coordination, and providing excellent service delivery. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills to manage domestic and international travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel
bookings including flights, hotels, transport, visas, and holiday packages.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely confirmations and best rates.
Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and booking vouchers for clients.
Handle client queries and provide pre-travel and post-travel support.
Monitor and track ongoing bookings to ensure smooth execution of services.
Maintain records of reservations, invoices, and
payment follow-ups.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational documentation.
Work closely with the sales and accounts team to
ensure seamless operations.
Manage any changes, amendments, or cancellations in bookings and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.
Requirements & Skills:
Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality /Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years of experience in travel operations (preferably in a tour operator or travel agency).
Knowledge of domestic & international destinations, hotels, airlines, and visa procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
