Vilasini Mechatronics is engaged in the supply and integration of high-reliability electronic and electromechanical components to government, defense, and R&D sectors. We actively participate in government e-tendering processes and manage complete project fulfillment — from bidding to dispatch and payment realization.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational tasks, including government e-tendering, dispatch coordination, logistics tracking, e-way bill generation, laser marking coordination, and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple administrative functions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Tendering & Documentation:

  • Manage and submit bids on GeM, eProcurement, and other government portals.
  • Prepare and upload technical & commercial documents as per tender requirements.
  • Maintain tender tracker, follow bid timelines, and assist in pre-bid queries.

Dispatch & Logistics:

  • Coordinate dispatch of materials, ensure packing lists and invoices are accurate.
  • Generate E-Way Bills and maintain dispatch records.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Maintain stock and dispatch registers.

Payments & Coordination:

  • Follow up with clients for payment collection and acknowledgments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, courier partners, and internal teams for order fulfillment.

Miscellaneous Operations:

  • Coordinate laser marking or labeling of components as per project requirement.
  • Maintain filing and digital documentation of orders, tenders, and dispatches.
  • Support management in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Diploma) preferred.
  • Prior experience (1–3 years) in operations / logistics / tendering is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools) and online government portals (GeM, eProcure, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of GST, E-way bills, and invoicing.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.

Employment Type:

Full-Time (On-site)

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
