Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in New Delhi. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and optimizing operational processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of operations. Key tasks include analyzing operational metrics, developing and implementing operational strategies, and maintaining high levels of communication and coordination across teams. The role also involves problem-solving and improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Operations and Operations Management skills
- Analytical skills for assessing and improving operational processes
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective team collaboration
- Excellent Communication skills
- Relevant experience in the asset management or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in using operations management software or tools
