Billing And Front-End Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Purchase order systems accurately for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments with precision
- Generate and issue bills, receipts, and daily sales reports
- Reconcile cash drawer and report discrepancies to management
- Resolve billing issues or customer complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and seating area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Monitor inventory of takeaway supplies
- Support queue management during peak hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in billing and customer service.
- Any Diploma/graduation/post-graduation degree
- Strong verbal communication
- Professional appearance and a pleasant personality
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu preferred
