Job Summary

We are seeking a Telecaller Executive with excellent communication skills and a soft-spoken, customer-friendly personality to join our financial services team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining loan products/services, and assisting in lead generation and conversions. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan/financial products.
  • Clearly explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits to customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and resolve customer questions.
  • Maintain a record of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the system.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Support the sales team in lead qualification and appointment setting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Soft-spoken, polite, and a pleasing personality.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
