Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced males from a Tele Sales background to handle and manage customer Leads. Their job is to provide Customers with information, arrange a walkin and close sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, data handling ability, and coordination with our headquarters Service team to ensure smooth lead management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to approximately 100+ daily enquiries received via phone calls.
  • Record, maintain, and update enquiry data accurately in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
  • Share relevant customer details with respective franchises across India or the head office for timely follow-up.
  • Provide clear and professional information to prospective customers regarding our services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain professional call etiquette.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance and reporting targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a call center sales/tele sales environment (inbound/outbound processes).
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using Excel, CRM tools, and data management systems.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently with accuracy and patience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
