Job Description As a Calling Executive at DAO EVTech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for engaging with customers through calls, emails, and walk-in interactions. You will play a vital role in promoting our EV products, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer support with a professional and customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring quick query resolution. - Engage with customers to provide information on EV models, features, and pricing. - Maintain high call volumes while ensuring quality and professionalism in communication. - Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets consistently. - Follow-up with potential customers and convert leads into sales. - Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems. - Coordinate with the service and operations team for smooth customer onboarding. - Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
Candidate Profile - Experience: 13 years in Tele Sales / Customer Support / BPO / Voice Process. - Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages preferred). - Ability to handle high-volume calls and work under pressure. - Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage. - Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset
