Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and clients, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in calls.
  • Schedule appointments or demos if required.
  • Follow up on leads or inquiries received from other departments.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor during every interaction.
  • Do invitation calling
  • Do RSVP calling

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone voice.
  • Patience and the ability to deal with difficult customers professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills & Competencies

  • Communication: Clear and effective communication (both verbal and written) in Hindi, English and Marathi
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
