Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and clients, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency in calls.
- Schedule appointments or demos if required.
- Follow up on leads or inquiries received from other departments.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor during every interaction.
- Do invitation calling
- Do RSVP calling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone voice.
- Patience and the ability to deal with difficult customers professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with an ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Communication: Clear and effective communication (both verbal and written) in Hindi, English and Marathi
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
