Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service, Recruitment and training of staff, Shift scheduling, Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback, Purchase and control of inventory, Monitor revenues and expenses, Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations, Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products, Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc.

Salary range will be 35,000 to 40,000 per Month

Require experience 8+ years in F&B

Job Responsibilities: F&B Manager

  1. Operational Oversight:

  2. Supervise all Food & Beverage operations across the resort's restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.

  3. Ensure seamless day-to-day service in line with the resort's standards.

  4. Guest Satisfaction:

  5. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring prompt and courteous service.

  6. Handle guest feedback and complaints efficiently, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement.

  7. Menu Development:

  8. Collaborate with chefs to design seasonal menus and daily specials.

  9. Ensure menu offerings align with guest preferences and market trends.

  10. Staff Management:

  11. Hire, train, and develop the F&B team including restaurant staff, bar staff, and banquet teams.

  12. Conduct regular training programs to enhance service quality and staff knowledge.

  13. Budgeting and Financial Management:

  14. Monitor F&B department budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

  15. Regularly analyze sales and implement strategies to boost revenue, including upselling techniques.

  16. Inventory and Stock Control:

  17. Oversee inventory management of food, beverages, and supplies.

  18. Ensure proper stock levels and minimize wastage.

  19. Compliance and Safety:

  20. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B outlets.

  21. Regularly review operational procedures to adhere to local laws and regulations.

  22. Event Coordination:

  23. Manage F&B services for events, banquets, and special occasions at the resort.

  24. Work closely with the events and sales team to deliver exceptional service during group bookings.

  25. Vendor Relations:

  26. Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable contracts for food, beverage, and equipment.

  27. Reports and Analysis:

  28. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on F&B operations, revenue, costs, and feedback.

  29. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

  30. Innovative Ideas:

  31. Keep updated with the latest industry trends and introduce new ideas to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
