Job Title Civil Engineer - Solar EPC Location Project Site Hassan Karnataka Experience 3 - 7 Years Qualification B E B Tech - Civil Diploma in Civil Engineering Salary 3 6 - 6 LPA Accommodation About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with experience in Solar EPC projects to oversee and execute all site-level civil works The role involves planning supervising and ensuring the quality and safety of piling foundations and structural works in line with project timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute civil works at site piling foundations structural works roads drains and related infrastructure Review and interpret BOQ structural drawings and technical specifications for civil works Prepare and manage work schedules manpower planning and daily weekly progress reports Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards on site Coordinate with vendors contractors and local officials to ensure smooth execution of work Verify and monitor usage of construction materials to prevent wastage Assist in documentation including daily site reports inspection records and compliance checklists Identify and resolve civil-related issues at project sites with minimal downtime Candidate Requirements 3 to 7 years of civil engineering experience preferably in Solar EPC projects Strong knowledge of civil construction structural works BOQ and drawings Hands-on experience in site execution quality control and safety management Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams Ability to manage vendors subcontractors and site manpower effectively Willingness to relocate to project sites and work under challenging conditions Job Type Full-time Pay 350 000 00 - 600 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Civil works in Solar EPC preferred 3 years Required Oversee civil works 3 years Required Review BOQ drawings ensure quality 3 years Required Manpower planning daily weekly progress reporting 3 years Required Work Location In person
