Role Purpose The Senior Civil Engineer - Solar Projects will lead and manage the civil and structural engineering aspects of solar EPC projects including design validation site execution quality assurance and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget Key Responsibilities Review and validate structural civil designs for solar PV projects foundations module structures cable trenches etc Provide input for geotechnical investigations soil testing and foundation design Develop civil works schedules monitor progress and ensure timely execution Supervise site teams contractors and vendors for quality and productivity Ensure QA QC compliance in concrete reinforcement grading drainage and road construction Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams during installation phases Monitor budgets control costs and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Participate in site inspections audits and handover documentation Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in civil construction for solar projects Required Skills Experience B E B Tech or M E M Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university 5-10 years of total experience with at least 3-5 years in solar EPC or infrastructure projects Hands-on experience in foundation piling and module mounting structure works Knowledge of IS codes civil design standards and site management practices Proficiency in AutoCAD STAAD Pro ETABS MS Office and project scheduling tools Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to project sites across regions as required Preferred Desirable Master s in Structural Engineering or Solar Engineering Experience in utility-scale and rooftop solar PV projects Familiarity with renewable energy codes and environmental regulations PMP or similar project management certification Compensation Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Travel and site allowances o Opportunity to lead large-scale renewable projects Career growth in the expanding solar energy sector Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
