Position Summary A Civil Engineer is responsible for planning designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures infrastructure and public works such as roads bridges water supply systems and drainage networks The role involves ensuring that all projects are completed safely on time within budget and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards Key Responsibilities Design plan and supervise construction projects such as roads buildings bridges drainage and pipelines Prepare detailed drawings blueprints and technical specifications Conduct site investigations surveys and feasibility studies Ensure compliance with local building codes safety regulations and environmental laws Manage and monitor project progress quality and costs Coordinate with architects contractors and other engineering professionals Perform structural analysis and calculations for load-bearing structures Review and approve materials construction methods and work schedules Prepare project reports estimates and documentation Oversee site safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and design software AutoCAD STAAD Pro Revit etc Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong leadership and communication abilities Attention to detail and analytical thinking Knowledge of construction materials methods and legal regulations Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B E B Tech or equivalent Master s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering optional preferred for senior roles Professional certification or license if applicable Work Environment Office and on-site work construction sites infrastructure projects May involve travel to project locations and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Job Type Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 40 562 62 per month Work Location In person
