Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    (lateral & bulk hiring) for healthcare and clinic roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and close positions effectively.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and deliver a great candidate experience.
  • Support
    employer branding
    and IT hiring as needed.


What We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years
    of experience in
    Talent Acquisition
    (must-have).
  • Strong experience in
    lateral + bulk hiring
    , preferably in healthcare/clinics.
  • Good understanding of the
    TA lifecycle systems
    .
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
