Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing and screening candidates to offering roles, specifically for logistics, shipping, supply chain, and operational positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for logistics-specific, corporate, and delivery functions.

Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals with a focus on both white-collar and blue-collar talent.

Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, assessing technical skills and operational understanding relevant to logistics.
·
Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and job fairs targeted at logistics and supply chain talent pools.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-volume, and specialized logistics roles.

Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to joining.
·
Maintain and update recruitment metrics, documentation, and dashboards to analyze hiring effectiveness.

Remain updated on labor legislation, logistics recruitment trends, and HR best practices.
Required Skills and Background
·
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics Management, or a related field.
·
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with at least some exposure to the logistics or shipping industry preferred
·
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and logistics staffing strategies.
·
Strong interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills, particularly for assessing logistics capabilities and operational fit.
·
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
·
Strong organizational, relationship-building, and data management abilities.
