We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for diverse positions across business units, with a strong focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our growing insurance broking organization.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across sales, operations, finance, claims, and support functions.
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies tailored to the insurance industry.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and team needs.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, campus drives, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates fitment based on technical and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS, and HR databases regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (experience in insurance/financial services sector preferred).
  • Exposure to volume hiring and niche roles is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
