
Service Desk

· Create and assign service tickets to appropriate technicians or teams for resolution
· Monitor and respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive user experience
· Adhere to established service level agreements and response times for service requests
· Vendor management for Service support
· Verbal / Written co-ordination with internal teams
· Periodic MIS reports preparation
Excel experience is required (V-look up , H-look up , pivot table)
Rs. 30k to 35k CTC/ Experience : Min 3-5 years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
