As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you'll be a vital part of our global Service Desk team, providing technical support to colleagues across multiple regions and time zones. You'll ensure the smooth operation of IT services while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Representing the Group IT & Digital team, you'll bring professionalism, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset to every interaction
What you will do
- Be the first point of contact for technical support across regions and time zones
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and guide users with empathy and precision
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and more
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Promote IT services and ensure consistent, high-quality support
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in an IT Service Desk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent English communication skills
- Calm under pressure, analytical, and customer-focused
- Certifications like ITIL, AZ-900, CompTIA A+ are a plus
- Power Platform, AutoCAD, Azure Virtual Desktop
- SharePoint Online, PowerShell, AV equipment
Further information
Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00)
Must have the right to work in India
Availability to work on public holidays when required
Must be able to commute to our office in Govandi East, Mumbai
